Dummer Seniors hit the pin
On March 20th, Derek Andrews (2016 Seniors Captain) presented a cheque to Geoff Smith payable to the Geoff Smith Foundation for MS at Dummer Golf Club. Money totalling over £1300 was collected over the year of Derek’s Captaincy for this great cause. Derek chose the Geoff Smith Foundation as his charity as family and work colleagues have suffered from MS and foundation does a wonderful job in supporting families in Hampshire to help those with this terrible illness.
Steve Wright on behalf Dummer Golf Club also very kindly donated a four ball round of Golf at Dummer, towards the Foundation’s Annual Golf Day to be held on 27th May at South Winchester Golf Club.
Derek said it was great to host Geoff at Dummer today and also thanked his fellow Seniors at Dummer for being so generous to such a great cause.
